What is Zoomonga?

Zoomonga is for everyone using a digital camera, camera phone, or has photos taking up space on their computer and wants a better way to store and share their photos. You now have an easy, convenient, safe way to store, organize, view, and share your digital photos in your own albums! You can e-mail photo greeting cards -- even order prints and products using your photos. People like you and me use it for fun, sharing their pictures with friends and family. Businesses use it for the convenience it gives them in sharing digital information with clients and partners. You always control who gets to see your photos: the world or just your friends and family. And you can have loads of fun searching for photos by people you know: by e-mail or screen name!

How many photos can I upload?

There's no limit to the number of photos. With a free account, you can upload 20MB each month. Need more space? Go ahead with a premium account - only $21.95 a year - and upload up to 2GB (that's 2,000MB) a month!

I'm shy about sharing my photos. Can I let only my friends to see them?
A.
Yes. You always control who gets to see them.

How do I join in on the fun?

I want to change my Profile. What do I do?

  1. Log in.
  2. Click on My Profile
  3. Make any changes you want
  4. Click Save.

I forgot my password. Help!

  1. Visit the login page, at the bottom of the page, you will see a textbox...
  2. Enter the e-mail address that you signed up with....and....
  3. We'll e-mail your password to that address.

How do I upload my photos?
A.
Easy.
  1. Log in.
  2. Click the Upload button: you now choose up to 6 photos
  3. Click the Browse button: search for and pick photos on your computer
  4. Set Viewing Access Levels: check either Friends, Family or Public.
  5. Click on Upload
  6. Wait for the message confirming your photos are uploaded

What kind of image formats can I upload?

You can upload photo with these extensions: gif, jpg, jpeg, png, bmp, tif, and tiff.
Q.
I want to set the privacy level universally for my photos (only friends and family can see OR the internet public can see). How do I do this?
A.
  1. Log in.
  2. Click on Bulk Operations
  3. Choose your privacy option
  4. Click on Save.

And you can always go back and change it anytime.
Q.
How do I automatically sign-in to my account every time?
A.
When you log in (with your e-mail ID and password), check the Remember Me checkbox.
Q.
How much space does my account have?
A.
Do you have a basic account package? You start with 20MB of space the first month and get 20MB more per month. (That way, you can upload 20MB of your photos each month.)

Do you have a premium account package?
A.
You get 2GB per year (that's 2,000MB)!

How do I know my photos are really private?
A.
All of your photos are password protected and are not visible unless you want to share them by changing the Viewing Access Levels to either Friends & Family or Public. Zoomonga is seriously serious about your privacy.

How do I add a friend or family?
A.
Login to your account. At the top you should see a Search link. click it or...

#1. Go to http://www.zoomonga.com/Search/

#2. Type in the email adress of your friend / family

#3. Find your friend or family in the search results that appear.

#4. When your friend / family's profile loads, look on the left side and you will see...

+ Add this user as your friend
+ Add this user as your family

#5 Choose one of the options.

The user that you selected will now be able to see your friend or family pictures.
